Nina Gradwohl

I am Nina Gradwohl, the CEO and Founder of Improving Mindfully. I am a health and wellness advocate and I enjoy helping others in finding ways to live a healthier lifestyle. I started this website because I wanted to help others make meaningful improvements. Life is busy and it can keep us on our toes, however it is imperative that we take time for ourselves and improve the areas of life that give us headaches. By improving our habits, we become more in balance with ourselves and with the universe. Moreover, we become happier individuals who are able to enjoy life the way it was intended to be enjoyed. Mindfully!

I am a certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer. I specialize in nutrition and weight management. I also hold a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling. While working on my Masters Degree, I have gained a lot of knowledge on behavior change. Currently I am doing more research on behavior change in hopes to gain more understanding and knowledge on this topic so that I can help guide others even better.

My name is Christopher, and I am the Co-Founder of Improving Mindfully. My wife and I love to travel and share our experiences. When we travel, we strive to create mindful moments so that we can have long lasting memories. We also like to spend as much time as possible in nature because it helps us create that feeling of complete tranquility. It is our mission to share our experiences with you so that you can create many mindful memories too.

I am a travel blogger, videographer, and writer. I am also the Director of Marketing as well as SEO Specialist. I try to capture mindful nature spots and experiences through my videos and my writings. Our vision is to help others fulfill their travel dreams by providing information about efficient traveling, money saving tips, activities, mindful nature spots, fun facts, hotels, accommodations, and other travel hacks. I hope that we can be of help with your travel plans.

It is our mission to share our experiences and tips with you so that you can also create a balance in your life. Christopher and I always strive to maintain our balance so that we can have enough time for our family. This means that we like to find ways to be more effective and proficient at things so that we can have that family time. Hopefully our tips will help you do the same.
