I am Nina Gradwohl, the Founder of Improving Mindfully. I am a health and wellness advocate and I enjoy helping others in finding ways to live a healthier lifestyle. I started this website because I wanted to help others make meaningful improvements. Life is busy and it can keep us on our toes, however it is imperative that we take time for ourselves and improve the areas of life that give us headaches. By improving our habits, we become more in balance with ourselves and with the universe. Moreover, we become happier individuals who are able to enjoy life the way it was intended to be enjoyed. I am a Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer. I specialize in nutrition and weight management. I am a Behavior Specialist and I also hold a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling. While working on my Masters Degree, I have gained a lot of knowledge on behavior change. Currently I am doing more research on behavior change in hopes to gain more understanding and knowledge on this topic so that I can help guide others even better.

My mission is to guide you and to share my knowledge, experiences and tips with you so that you can also create a balance in your life. This balance can be attained in all areas of life, whether it means improving nutrition, exercising, or finding a balance between work and family life.
