- Health Coaching Sessions (One-hour weekly Zoom sessions) cost: $75.00 per session
- Three Month Health Coaching Package (One-hour weekly Zoom sessions) cost: $650.00 per package
- Individualized Exercise Plans (One-hour Zoom session to determine goals, followed by an emailed exercise plan) cost: $175.00
What is a Health Coach?
The National Society of Health Coaches defines Health Coaching as “the use of evidence-based skillful conversation, clinical strategies and interventions to actively and safely engage clients in health behavior change to better self-manage their health, health risk, and acute or chronic health conditions resulting in optimal wellness, improved health outcomes, lowered health risk and decreased healthcare costs.”

My Philosophy
My coaching methods are based on evidence-based practices. I believe that balance is the best approach to establishing the life you are seeking. Furthermore, I advocate for taking a mindful approach when making changes in your life. I do not condone to restrictive dieting, as this method is not effective for long-term results. Instead, I guide my clients through habit and behavior change in order to instill long-term results. Furthermore, I do not believe in over exercising, as this can lead to injuries and fatigue.
However, I do believe that being active throughout the day plays a big role in our overall health. Some other factors that play a role in our health include sleep, stress, mental health, injuries, genetics, environment, relationships, as well as our values and beliefs. Each individual is unique and may have different needs depending on their life experiences and life circumstances. Therefore, when devising a plan, I strive to assist my clients by considering their entire environment.
Life tends to keep us on our toes and therefore as your health coach it is my goal to guide you in navigating with stressors and in devising a plan so that you can find a balance in your life.
